Junrey Balawing Is New Smallest Man
Junrey Balawing from Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte has been announced new smallest man. He is 7 centimeters shorter than previous record holder. Balawing was titled shortest man alive on his 18th birthday. His abnormality will now support his whole family for a long time, or until another little man pops up which could take a very long time.
