What is This Statue
This statue is located in Check Republic next to a famous bookmakers place where people make bets on various sports. The woman is either a wife or a girlfriend who is begging a man not to bet all of his money on something.
So everything was reasonable until now. When we look under the woman's dress we find her private parts. NICE!
