What is POLI - TICS (POLITICS)...????

The word 'Politics' is derived 
from the word 'Poli', 
meaning 'many', 
and the word 'tics', 
meaning 'blood sucking parasites'. 

There is one and only one thing that puts fear into the heart of any politician -- that is We The People. 

When the Government fears the people, there is liberty; 
when the people fear the government, there is tyranny. 

Government is best which governs the least. 

My reading convinces me that most bad government results from too much government.
